Cabbage Rolls

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice (not instant)
- 1/2 pound ground beef or ground ham
- Cabbage Leaves
- Tomatoe Sauce
- Bacon Strips
- Salt
Instructions
- Cook Rice in salt water.
- Separately brown Ground Beef or Ham and drain liquid.
- Mix rice and meat together and let cool.
- Wilt Cabbage Leaves a few at a time in boiling water. Let cool to handle.
- Fill Cabbage Leaf with about 1 Tablespoon rice/meat mixture and put in baking pan.
- Add Tomatoe Sauce
- Put Bacon Strips over the top of the row of Cabbage Rolls.
- Bake an hour or more at 350 degrees.
- Only cover if it looks dry.
