List of Ingredients
- Cabbage Leaves
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 cup minute rice
- Onion
- Tomatoe Soup and Tomatoe Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Season Ground Beef with salt and pepper. Brown meat with onion and drain liquid.
- Add rice to meat and onion mixture.
- Wilt cabbage leaves.
- Fill each leaf with meat mixture and roll.
- Place pigs in blankets in roaster with tomatoe soup and tomatoe sauce and cover.
- Bake 1 - 2 Hours at 350 degrees
