Blueberry Buckle

List of Ingredients
- 1 cup & 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 3/8 cup Shortening
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 3 cup Flour
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3 cups Blueberries
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup soft Butter
Instructions
- Mix together Sugar, Shortening, & Eggs
- Stir in Milk
- Sift together Flour, Baking Powder, & Salt
- Add Flour mixture to batter
- Carefully fold in Blueberries
- Put in Baking Dish
- Mix Topping Ingredients and cover top of Blueberry Dessert
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes
