List of Ingredients
- 1 package Lasagna Noodles
- 1 large Onion
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 15 ounce can Tomatoe Sauce
- 6 slices American Cheese
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Brown Onion with Garlic Powder in Oil
- Add Ground Beef and cook until done. (Drain)
- Add Tomatoe Sauce, season to taste and simmer for 20 minutes
- Cook Lasagna as directed on package, drain and chill in cold water
- Arrange one layer of noodles in parallel strips in bottom of greased 8 x 8 dish
- Cover with Ground Beef/Tomatoe Sauce
- Top with thin slices of Cheese
- Repeat Noodles, Meat & Cheese layers until all ingredients are used
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes
- Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into slices
