Hash Brown Potatoe Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen Hash Brown patties
- 4 ounce package shredded Cheese
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1/2 cup melted Butter
- Vegetable (frozen)
- Croutons for Top
Instructions
- Mix Sour Cream, Soups & Butter
- Fit Hash Brown patties in bottom of a 11 x 13 pan
- Place Vegetable on top of Potatoes
- Pour Soup mixture over Vegetables
- Sprinkle shredded Cheese and crushed Crutons on top
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered
- Let stand before serving to set
Final Comments
Good with Broccoli or Green Beans
