    Hash Brown Potatoe Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds frozen Hash Brown patties
    • 4 ounce package shredded Cheese
    • 2 cups Sour Cream
    • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    • 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
    • 1/2 cup melted Butter
    • Vegetable (frozen)
    • Croutons for Top


    Instructions


    1. Mix Sour Cream, Soups & Butter

    2. Fit Hash Brown patties in bottom of a 11 x 13 pan

    3. Place Vegetable on top of Potatoes

    4. Pour Soup mixture over Vegetables

    5. Sprinkle shredded Cheese and crushed Crutons on top

    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered

    7. Let stand before serving to set



    Final Comments


    Good with Broccoli or Green Beans
