Cheese Straws
List of Ingredients
1/2 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons soft butter
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of cayenne
1/4 pound grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons of caraway seeds, optionalRecipe
Combine everything except the Parmesan cheese and caraway seeds and roll into a ball.
Refridgerate for 2-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
When dough is well chilled, roll thin, cut into 2 x 1/2 inch strips.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and caraway.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until just starting to brown.
