Lower Cal Salmon Spread
List of Ingredients
3 1/2 can water packed salmon
1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 onion, finely grated
1/2 teaspoon dry dill, or 1 teaspoon freshRecipe
Drain and clean salmon of bones and skin.
Blend in food processor.
Chill before serving with crackers.
If you double this, it makes a nice size for a fish mold to decorate for a party.
