Nancy's Artichoke Dip
List of Ingredients
This one came from a friend in the Army.
2 packages frozen artichokes, thawed
1 cup mayo (low fat if you prefer)
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
few drops of lemon juice
few drops of Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Cut artichokes in quarters.
Mix all ingredients together.
Warm in oven or small crockpot.
Serve with rye crackers, or whatever you prefer.
