Spinach Balls
List of Ingredients
1 10 ounce package chopped spinach,cooked and well drained
1 cup herb stuffing mix, crushed
1/2 grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
Recipe
These must be frozen before you bake them.
Mix all together, shape into balls.
Freeze on cookie sheets, then store in plastic bags until
ready to use.
Bake frozen at 350 degrees, 15 - 20 minutes or until firm.
Can be dipped in curry sauce, or dill sauce. A good one is
sour cream, dill weed, fresh lemon peel and white pepper.
Makes about 20 balls.
Recipe can be doubled shaped into larger balls for dinner
veggie.
