On a hot day it's a nice thing to flavor ice tea with. List of Ingredients 1 16 ounce package of cranberries 3 cups of sugar 1 pint decent quality vodka Instructions Coarsley chop the cranberries. Place in a 1/2 gallon jar or crock. Add sugar and vodka. Seal with a screw top lid or cover tightly with foil. Turn or stir gently with wooden spoon daily for three weeks. Strain and store in covered glass jars. Makes approx. 3 1/4 cup cordial and three cups drained cranberries. Final Comments The drained berries add wonderful flavor to cakes.
