Multigrain Pancakes

List of Ingredients
- Dry: Mix in one bowl
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour or cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Wet: Mix in a separate bowl
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Instructions
- Mix each, then blend together.
- Cook as you would any other pancake.
- Please, do not press down on pancakes while cooking them.
- Wonderful served with berries or peaches.
