List of Ingredients 3 - 10 ounce packages frozen chopped broccoli 3 cans cream style corn 1 onion,chopped and cooked in 3 tablespoons butter 3 eggs, beaten Topping: 3 cups Peppridge Farm Dressing or your favorite 4 tablespoons melted butter 8 strips bacon Instructions Mix first four ingredients together and pour into oil sprayed pan. Place stuffing mix on top, then lay strips of bacon over the stuffing. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour or until nicely browned.
