List of Ingredients 2 cups ham cut in julienne strips, fat removed 1 small onion sliced, or one bunch of green onions sliced 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 1 cup sour cream 1- 6 ounce can sliced mushrooms hot buttered noodles or rice Instructions Saute onions or scallions in butter until tender, but not brown. Add ham and heat through. Sprinkle with flour. Add mushrooms and juice and cook over low heat stirring constantly. Add sour cream and top with parsley if desired. Do not allow sour cream to boil. Final Comments We use fresh mushrooms, sauteed briefly with onions, and throw in a bit of water or chicken broth.
