Easy Chicken Spaghetti
Serves 8 - 10
List of Ingredients
- 2 chickens, cut up and skinned
- 2 large onions cut into rings
- 3 - 28 ounce cans of crushed tomatoes
- fresh or dried basil to taste
- ground pepper
- 2 pounds of sphaghetti
- 1 cup, or more, grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Place chicken buttered baking pan.
- Arrange onion rings on chicken, cover with tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with pepper and basil.
- Cook for one hour and twenty five minutes in a 375 degree oven.
- Serve over spaghetti with cheese.
Final Comments
We cover it for the first hour, then remove foil.
