    List of Ingredients




    1 envelope knox unflavored gelatine
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup boiling water
    2- 8oz. packages of cream cheese softened to room temp.
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1- 9 inch graham cracker crust

    Recipe



    Mix gelatine & sugar; add boiling water and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved.

    With mixer, beat in cream cheese & vanilla until smooth. Pour into pie crust and chill until firm (about 2 hours)

    Top with favorite fruit
