Baked Shrimp & Artichokes

Recipe Introduction
This can be made very quickly. I absolutely love this dish, but DH hates artichoke hearts so I only give him the shrimp. More artichoke hearts for me, though!
Note: Use a skillet that you won't mind placing in the oven.

List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds medium shrimp (shelled, deveined, rinsed and drained)
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 6oz. jars marinated artichoke hearts
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- parsley, chopped
- lemon wedges
Instructions
- In a large skillet combine butter and garlic over medium heat until just sizzling.
- Add shrimp, turning to coat all sides. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes -- just until shrimp begins to turn pink.
- Add artichoke hearts with half the marinade from the jars.
- Add lemon juice and wine.
- Return to oven and bake until shrimp are done and artichoke hearts are heated through, about 5 minutes longer.
- Turn into a serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
