    Recipe Introduction


    This play dough will last practically forever if you store it in an airtight container after each use.

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup salt
    • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
    • few drops of food coloring


    Instructions


    1. Mix dry ingredients in a saucepan. Add oil, water, food coloring. Cook over medium heat until the mixture pulls away from the side of the pan.
    2. A few drops of cloves or cinnamon may be added for fragrance.
    3. Knead dough slightly and store in airtight container.
