    List of Ingredients




    2 cans of peeled tomatoes (or 2 lbs. of fresh tomatoes cooked and peeled)
    3-4 cloves of garlic peeled and pressed
    1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
    3 large fresh basil leaves washed and chopped
    2-3 springs of fresh flat leaf parsley washed and chopped
    1 lb. of preferred pasta
    salt/pepper to taste.

    Recipe



    In a large sauce pan, add the olive oil and pressed (or chopped) garlic. Heat on low heat until garlic starts to soften (do not let the garlic brown) add squished tomatoes to make a chunky sauce – add the rest of the ingredients and simmer slowly. Cook pasta (angel hair, or penne, etc.) Drain pasta and cover in sauce – sprinkle with Parmesan or Romano cheese and serve.
