I get rave reviews everytime I bring this salad and our family LOVES it and we eat it very often especially in Strawberry season!

List of Ingredients




1 bag pre-washed spinach

2 cups sliced strawberries

1/3 cup sliced almonds (roasted 3 min on baking sheet)

1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Dressing:

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

3 tbsp vegetable oil

3 tbsp water

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp poppy seeds

¼ tsp paprika


Recipe



Mix all dressing ingredients in a bottle and shake to mix.

Put spinach in a bowl. Toss with dressing. Sprinkle almonds, sesame seeds and strawberries over top and serve.

You can also substitute a tin of mandarin orange slices, drained for the strawberries but the strawberries are MUCH better.
