    Easy Yeast Rolls

    1 pkg. yeast
    2 cups warm water
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 cup oil
    4 cups SR flour

    Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside. Mix sugar, egg, and oil. Add flour alternately with water/yeast mixture. Drop by spoonful into greased muffin tins. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown.
