Lemon Cake
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1 pkg. instant lemon jello pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
In a bowl add cake mix, water, and dry pudding mix. Mix well. Add eggs and oil and beat for 3 minutes. Bake in a tube pan at 350° for 1 hour. Mix orange juice and sugar together. As soon as cake comes out of the oven put holes in cake with long toothpicks (or broom straws). Immediately pour orange juice mixture over the cake. The punctures with allow the juice to soak in.
