1 tablespoon Butter Buds® Sprinkles
1 tablespoon Chinese
5-spice powder
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients. Store spice blend in a glass or plastic container with a tight-fitting lid. How To Use It:Big Flavored FishSprinkle spice blend on both sides of fish fillets; gently rub into surface. For one pound fish, use 1 tablespoon spice blend. Grill or sauté in nonstick skillet.Oriental SoupOpen one (3 ounce) ramen noodle soup mix; take out seasoning packet and reserve for another use. Combine specified amount of water with 2 teaspoons spice blend and 1 tablespoon soy sauce; heat according to package directions. Or prepare one (10 ¾-ounce) can condensed chicken noodle soup according to package directions; add 1 teaspoon spice blend; heat.Asian Noodle SaladCombine 1 tablespoon of spice blend with 1/3 cup soy or tamari sauce, 1/4 cup orange juice and 2 teaspoons sesame oil. Toss with 2 cups cooked angel hair pasta and 1 1/2 cups diced cooked vegetables. Chill for several hours. Serve cold.
