Grandpa's Famous Barbecue Sauce

Recipe Introduction


This sauce is best with steak, ribs or chicken. It's simpley THE BEST!





List of Ingredients



• 1 cup STRONG brewed coffee
  
• 1/2 cup bourbon
  
• 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
  
• 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  






Instructions



1. Simmer all the ingredients in a heavy saucepan - uncovered.
   
2. Stir occasionally.
   
3. Reduce the sauce to about 1 cup. This will take about 15 - 20 minutes. (Sauce will be thin)
   
4. Cool to room temperature and use on your favorite meat.
