    Make millet flour by whizzing 1-cup dry millet in blender.
    Mix with:
    3 c. rolled oats
    1 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. Salt
    ½ c. chopped pecans
    1 c. unsweetened coconut

    FILLING:
    1 cans 20 oz. Crushed pineapple
    2 c. date pieces

    Recipe



    The first mixture will make a crumb mixture. Press ½ the mixture into 9x 12-glass dish.
    Cook filling until thick and spread over crumb mixture. Bake @ 350* for 35-40 min. Next spraed the remaining crumb mixture.
