1 c. water
1 Tbs. Cooking oil
4 tsp. Paprika
½ c. unbleached white flour
2 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. Salt
To be added after cooking:1 clove garlic, ½ c. lemon juice
Recipe
Blend ingredients in the blender and mix well. Pour into a pan and cook about 10 min. stirring constantly till thick. Return to blender and then add garlic & lemon juice. Whisk until smooth. May be stored in refrigerator up to two weeks.
