    List of Ingredients


    • 12 cinnamon graham crackers
    • 2 cups finely chopped walnuts
    • 1 cup butter
    • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400*.
    2. Arrange crackers in a single layer with sides touching in bottom of a greased 10 1/2x15 1/2-inch jellyroll pan.
    3. Sprinkle walnuts evenly over crackers.
    4. Combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a heavy small saucepan.
      Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to boil.
    5. Continue to boil syrup 3 minutes longer without stirring , pour over crackers.
    6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until bubbly and slightly darker around the edges
    7. Cool completely in pan.
    8. Break into pieces.
    9. Store in an airtight container.
    10. yields about 1 1/2 pounds candy
