    List of Ingredients


    • 3-4 pound rump roast
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
    • 1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 1 (1 1/2 -ounce) package spaghetti sauce seasoning mix
    • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
    • Hot cooked pasta


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle roast with garlic salt; place in slow cooker.
    2. Add mushrooms and onion.
    3. Combine seasoning mix and tomato sauce, pour over all in slow cooker.
    4. Cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.

    6. to make gravy:
    7. make a paste of 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 tablespoons flour.
    8. Add 2 tablespoons tomato paste.
    9. Stir into meat drippings in pot.
    10. Cover and cook on high about 30 minutes or until thickened.
    11. Serve over pasta
