    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups of unsifted flour
    • 1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar
    • 1 cup of cold, unsalted butter
    • 1 (14 ounce) can of condensed milk
    • 1/2 cup of whipping cream, unwhipped
    • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
    • 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans
    • Chocolate Drizzle> recipe follows


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350*
    2. In a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar, cut in butter until crumbly.
    3. Press in firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.
    4. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
    5. In a heavy saucepan, combine condensed milk, whipping cream and vanilla. Over medium-high heat, cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
    6. Reduce heat to medium, cook and stir until mixture thickens, eight to 10 minutes. Stir in pecans.
    7. Spread evenly over prepared crust. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    8. Cool.
    9. Garnish with Chocolate Drizzle.
      Chill
    10. Cut into triangles. (Store covered at room temperature)
    11. Makes: 48 triangels
    12. Chocolate Drizzle
      1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
      1 teaspoon shortening
    13. Melt semisweet chocolate chips with shortening
