    List of Ingredients


    • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    • 1/4 cup cold water
    • 1 (16oz.) can jelled cranberry sauce
    • Dash salt
    • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 2 egg whites
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell


    Instructions


    1. Soften gelatin in cold water in top of double boiler over hot water; stir until dissolved.
    2. Add cranberry sauce, salt, lemon rind and juice; stir until smooth.
    3. Remove from heat; chill until mixture beguns to set.
    4. Meanwhile, whip egg whites until stiff. Fold in sugar. Fold all into gelatin mixture.
    5. Turn into pie shell.
    6. Chill until firm.
