    List of Ingredients


    • 1 small roast
    • 1 jar green chile salsa
    • 1 can onion soup
    • Flour tortillas
    • Salt to taste
    • Grated Monterey Jack cheese
    • Sour cream
    • Guacamole


    Instructions


    1. Cook a small roast in a covered pan. Liven up the water with a jar of green chile salsa and a can of onion soup. When meat is done, take out and shred.
    2. Dip flour tortillas in roast drippings to soften and flavor.
    3. Fill each tortilla with shredded meat. Roll up and put in pan.
    4. Pour the sauce from the meat over the rolled tortillas (not too much) and add salt to taste.
    5. Sprinkle generously with grated Monterey Jack cheese and heat.
    6. Cover with sour cream. Heat again until hot.
    7. Cover with guacamole.
    8. Serve at once
