Cream Cheese Muffin Puffs

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 3 ozs. cream cheese
- 1 can (10 count) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon almont extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and almond extract.
- In another bowl, combine margarine and vanilla.
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits; press or roll each into a 3" circle.
- Cut the package of crean cheese into 10 cubes; dip each cube in margarine; then in sugar mixture. Place on center in each circle.
- Fold dough over cheese. covering completely. Seal well, shaping into balls.
- Dip each filled biscuit in margarine, then in sugar mixture.
- Place seam side down in ungreased muffin cup.
- Bake in a preheated 375* oven for 12 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown
