    Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Pudding

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup margarine
    • 1 cup maple syrup
    • 4 cups grated uncooked sweet potatoes
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon ginger
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
    • 2 eggs, well beaten


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350*
    2. Melt margarine in 2-quart baking dish.
    3. Combine remaining ingredients; blend well.
    4. Pour into melted margarine' stir well.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes.
