Shrimp Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound of unpeeled shrimp
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 3 or 4 celery tops
- 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
- 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
- 1 sweet pickle, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt and red pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Boil shrimp in salty water, seasoned with the garlic and celery tops, for approximately 15 minutes.
- Peel and devein shrimp ; cut each into two or three pieces.
- Add celery, egg, pickle and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and add salt and red pepper, to taste
- Serve on lettuce leaves or stuffed into avocado halves or scraped out tomatoes.
- Serve four to six
