    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound of unpeeled shrimp
    • 1 large clove of garlic
    • 3 or 4 celery tops
    • 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
    • 1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
    • 1 sweet pickle, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
    • Salt and red pepper, to taste


    Instructions


    1. Boil shrimp in salty water, seasoned with the garlic and celery tops, for approximately 15 minutes.
    2. Peel and devein shrimp ; cut each into two or three pieces.
    3. Add celery, egg, pickle and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly and add salt and red pepper, to taste
    4. Serve on lettuce leaves or stuffed into avocado halves or scraped out tomatoes.
    5. Serve four to six
