List of Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup cream style corn
- 2/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 (4oz.) can green chilies
Instructions
- Combine cornmeal, baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon of salt.
- Combine remaining ingredients, then add to dry ingredients.
- Pour into a greased 9" square pan.
- bake at 350* for 1 hour or until done.
