List of Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of shrimp soup
- 1 ( 8ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup finely minced green onions
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 (.25 ounce) envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, washed, picked
- 1 cup very finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped ripe olives, optional
Instructions
- In saucepan, combine soup, cream cheese and green onions. Heat on low and stir constantly until cheese melts. Fold in mayonnaise and mix.
- Dissolve gelatin in water. When it dissolves, bleand into soup mixture and heat until mixture is warm.
Stir in crabmeat, celery and olives.
- Pour into 8-inch mold or loaf pan. Chill several hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, remove from mold, slice and spread on crackers of your choice.
