    Recipe Introduction


    This is an easy, but delicious way to cook pork chops!
    I usually double the amounts of the seasonings to have more to sprinkle on the chops.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 1/4 tsp paprika
    • 1/4 tsp rubbed sage
    • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
    • 4 boneless loin pork chops
    • 1 TBS Canola oil
    • 1 small onion, sliced


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE first 5 ingredients and sprinkle over chops.
    2. In a skillet, BROWN chops in oil for 1 - 2 minutes per side.
    3. PLACE each chop in the center of a large piece of heavy duty foil.
    4. TOP with onion slices.

    5. SEAL foil tightly; place pouches on a baking sheet.
    6. BAKE at 450° for 25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Open foil careully to let steam escape.
