Harvest Pork Chops

Recipe Introduction
This is an easy, but delicious way to cook pork chops!
I usually double the amounts of the seasonings to have more to sprinkle on the chops.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp rubbed sage
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 4 boneless loin pork chops
- 1 TBS Canola oil
- 1 small onion, sliced
Instructions
- COMBINE first 5 ingredients and sprinkle over chops.
- In a skillet, BROWN chops in oil for 1 - 2 minutes per side.
- PLACE each chop in the center of a large piece of heavy duty foil.
- TOP with onion slices.
- SEAL foil tightly; place pouches on a baking sheet.
- BAKE at 450° for 25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Open foil careully to let steam escape.
