16 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz soft butter, unsalted
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 t. oregano
1/4 t. basil, dill, marjoram & black pepperRecipe
Mix cream cheese and butter; add herbs and garlic. Refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend. Makes a good dip. Freezes well. Also good on hot vegetables. Really good on baked potatoes if they are on your diet plan. Makes about 30 or more servings.
Best at room temp.
