Bread in 70 Seconds

Recipe Introduction
It comes out like Thick piece of bread. Split it in half into two thinner pieces if you want to and Toast, if you want toast. It's Real bread.. The kind your mother used to make.. Delicious, chewy, dense. Butter melts on it beautifully. The whole recipe, depending on the cheese you use is 4 carbs. And it's super filing and mostly insoluble fiber!
Of course Microwaves differ so cooking time will vary. I do mine 60 seconds in the container then dump it on a paper towel and cook for another 20 seconds. After it cools I slice it into two pieces. It does toast well.

Ok! Find something that looks like a piece of bread to cook in the microwave ... I just use a little square Tupperware (plastic container).
--- Melt butter to coat the bottom and sides, add bread batter.
--- Put in the microwave for 1 minute.
--- Turn over and cook for about 10 more seconds.
