List of Ingredients
1 cups almond, soaked for 2 to 3 hours
3/4 cup of ghee
artificial sweeteners
small teaspoon of powdered cardamom seeds
4 to 5 strands of saffron mixed with a teaspoon of hot milkRecipe
After soaking almonds, peel out the skin and pat dry.
put all the almonds and half cup of milk in a blender and blend it into a nice thick paste.
In a deep pan take around 3/4 cup of ghee
Heat the ghee and pour in the almond paste
Allow it to cook till it turns a bit light brown
Keep stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom
The more ghee the better the stuff - you will get a beautiful aroma
Add your sweeteners, the cardamom & saffron
Cook for a minute and transfer this into a container
After dinner take a small helping and heat in microwave it for few seconds & enjoy.
