Fresh salmon, washed and dried for few minutes.
Make the masala (paste) for marination, for which take a fist full of fresh coriander leaves, 1 or 2 garlic pieces, 1 or 2 green chile, fresh 3 to 4 inches coconut pieces, grind all of this into a paste.
In a bowl take 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil, put in the green paste, add salt, half a lemon juice and turmeric powder (if desired), mix all this well and marinate the fish for 2 to 3 hours.Recipe
When ready to cook, take a pan and pour in some or oil, ghee, or coconut oil, place the marinated fish, allow it to cook on 1 side till it's well done and then turn it to cook the other side.
Serve immediately & garnish with lemon wedges.
