50 Grams french beans ,cut into half
50 grms broccoli ,
50 grms carrots , cut into big cubes
50 grms mushroom half

in a pan take 2 tablesp butter - stir fry the french beans till tender and sprinkle salt pepper and oregano flakes....place it in 1 side of your plate.
Again some butter stir fry the broccoli till cooked tender, i like it a bit raw...garnish with salt pepper and sprinkle lots of cheese over it, place it in your plate.
Again some butter carrots, fry, garnish with chilli flakes, salt, pepper.
Again some butter ,,,,,,,,,,,stir fry the mushroom and sprinkle salt pepper and mustard sauce
you can use any vegetable u like............
so in one plate you have different taste and flavours
at time i also stir fry my prawns with chilli garlic sauce............ or even boneless chicken
