    List of Ingredients




    1 small head of cauliflower broken into small florets
    1 medium onion, coarsely diced
    3 small bell peppers of different colors, coarsely diced (or hot peppers - your preference!)
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled

    Recipe



    Save the grease from frying the bacon & start cooking the cauliflower in it. As the cauliflower begins to soften, add the onion & peppers & continue cooking until all is tender-crisp. Of course if you like these veggies a little softer, then cook a little longer!
