Baked Spinach Artichoke Spread

List of Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Mix the above ingredients well, and spoon into a lightly greased 1-qt. casserole or souffle' dish.
- Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Final Comments
Make sure you squeeze your spinach out quite well.
