    Baked Spinach Artichoke Spread

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    • Dash of cayenne pepper
    • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese
    • Dash of Worcestershire sauce


    Instructions


    1. Mix the above ingredients well, and spoon into a lightly greased 1-qt. casserole or souffle' dish.

    2. Bake 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.



    Final Comments


    Make sure you squeeze your spinach out quite well.
