Melt-In-Your-Mouth Orange Pineapple Cake

- 1 box yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, unbeaten
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together on medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes.
- Bake at 325 degrees in 3 (8-inch) greased and floured pans for 20-25 minutes, or at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch pan for 28-36 minutes, or 24 cupcakes for 20 minutes.
- When cool, spread with the following icing.
- Icing:
- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) package dry instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 (12 oz.) container whipped topping.
- Mix crushed pineapple and instant pudding. Fold in the topping; spread over cake.
- Serves 15.
- Store cake in refrigerator.
