Cauliflower and Broccoli Casserole
List of Ingredients
- 16 oz. frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
- 16 oz. frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl except the cheese, until the vegetables are completely coated. Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray and pour mixture into the dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Cook for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve immediately.
- Serves six.
