    1 chocolate cookie crust
    8 oz. Cream cheese
    14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
    4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract


    Recipe



    1. Melt semi-sweet chocolate; set aside
    2. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese unit fluffy
    3. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth
    4. Stir in melted chocolate and vanilla
    5. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set.
    6. Top with caramel and pecans. Refrigerate leftovers
