    4 cups basic batter
    1 or 2 eggs
    1 teaspoon soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    Recipe



    To the basic batter (after 1 cup has been taken out for starter) add eggs, soda, salt, and sugar. Beat with a fork until blended. Add oil. Cook on hot griddle.
