Jiffy Pineapple Cake
List of Ingredients
1 pkg. Jiffy yellow cake
2 cups milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Recipe
Bake cake according to box directions in a 9 x 13 pan. Leave the cake in the pan and allow to cool completely. Add the milk to the box of pudding and whip until thickened. Blend thoroughly with the cream cheese. Whip together until it is incorporated well. Pour this mixture over the cooled cake. Sprinkle with the drained pineapple. Frost with the Cool Whip. Cut into squares.
