    Yellow Cake Mix

    3C master baking mix
    1 1/4C sugar
    2 eggs
    1C water
    1t vanilla extract

    Recipe



    In a bowl combine baking mix and sugar. Add eggs, water and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
