Pasta Con Queso
List of Ingredients
16 oz penne rigate noodles, cooked and drained
8 oz diced green chiles
16 oz sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 Can of milk (use can from above)
1 can of water
1/2 cup of diced onion
1 and 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 tsp cumin
4 oz. diced pimento
2 cups Sargento Shredded Nacho and Taco cheese
2 pkgs Louis Rick Chicken Breast Strips, Southwestern Style
15.5 oz can Pinto Beans, Drained and rinsedRecipe
Combine Milk, Cream of Chicken Soup water and onion in saucepan, simmer until onions are tender. Add Sour Cream, cumin, and chili powder, stir until completely dissoved (no lumps). Fold in green chiles, pinto beans, and pimento. Pour out noodles in a pan, add chicken strips, cover with cheese and pour "soup" mixture over the top. Add additional cheese as desired.
